No- Half of the apartments are ground level and the other half require approximately 5 stairs to a landing and another 6 stairs to the second floor. The second-floor apartments also include an outside porch.
Laundry hookups in units?
No- coin operated laundry room on site; typically $1.00 a load versus the laundromats at $4.00.
Who is eligible to live there?
Applicants must be 62 years of age or disabled and meet HUD income guidelines.
