Welcome to Housing Initiatives of New England.
We are pleased to introduce our non-profit organization. We have been developing affordable apartment communities for New England's seniors since 1990. At the heart of our organization is the belief that quality housing combined with supportive services provides better lives for our residents.
We understand that the aging process results in changing needs and our residents often require support to continue living independently. We strive to connect residents with local service providers who can assist them in maintaining their independence. Providing these connections help our residents live richer and fuller lives.
