Welcome to Housing Initiatives of New England.
We are pleased to introduce our non-profit organization. We have been developing affordable apartment communities for New England's seniors since 1990. At the heart of our organization is the belief that quality housing combined with supportive services provides better lives for our residents.
We understand that the aging process results in changing needs and our residents often require support to continue living independently. We strive to connect residents with local service providers who can assist them in maintaining their independence. Providing these connections help our residents live richer and fuller lives.
We take pride in the properties that we own and value the community partnerships that we have developed over the years. If you, or a loved one, are looking for an affordable place to live please take some time and explore the opportunities provided by Housing Initiatives of New England.
