Remick Acres offers a large parking lot with ample off-street parking for all residents.
Are Utilities included in my rent?
The resident is responsible for their own utilities however a utility allowance is factored into and deducted from their monthly rental amount which in turn lowers the rent to help cushion the monthly utility bill. Heat and Hot water are powered by electricity; therefore, the electric bill would include all utilities in one.
What is the monthly rent?
Remick Acres is a HUD subsidized property; therefore, rent is based on 30% of the household’s monthly gross income. HUD does allow out of pocket medical expenses to count as deductions on the monthly rent amount; therefore, the amount may be lower than 30% depending on your household’s circumstances.
