Welcome to Coliseum Senior Residence. Our community offers a contemporary living experience. Located in the heart of Nashua, the second largest city in New Hampshire, our community is conveniently located to many local amenities. In addition to numerous shopping outlets, also close by are a major grocery chain and movie theater. Coliseum Senior Residence (denoted as Coliseum Senior Residence I or Coliseum I) was originally constructed in 1979 and acquired by Housing Initiatives in 2000. Coliseum I is comprised of 101 total units: 91 one-bedroom units and 10 two-bedroom units. Coliseum I unit rents are based on 30% of monthly income. A second phase (Coliseum Senior Residence II) including 40 total units (36 one-bedroom units and 4 two-bedroom units) was added in 2011. The Coliseum offers many conveniences. It provides residents with modern apartments, a large community room, elegant lobby area and outdoor patio for group gatherings. We offer plenty of parking for your family and friends to use when visiting. Our on-site manager is available to assist you as is our service coordinator.
